Admissions and Records (A&R)

Admissions & Records are available on each campus. Visit the District Admissions & Records website where all forms can be downloaded and are fillable. Completed forms can be emailed to your college Student Services staff. Student privacy is paramount and each department's webpage will indicate how they are accepting documents. Transcripts can be ordered online here. Counseling Services

Each of our sister colleges is prepared to offer students online academic counseling through either tele-counseling, Zoom or Cranium Cafe. Counselors are available and students can schedule counseling through SARS Anywhere, by phone or by requesting an appointment through the general counseling email. Financial Aid

Financial Aid staff at each of the colleges continue to serve students online. Forms from students will be accepted via email.  This includes students taking pictures of documents and emailing them to a college’s Student Services staff.
