Laney College September 20, 2023: Notice Regarding Outdoor Work, On Campus Classes for Today

Dear Laney Community:

Please be advised that the Air Quality Index for Oakland has surpassed 150, meaning that employees should not be working outside. This also includes not holding classes outdoors.

Also, for faculty teaching in person who wish to cancel class today, please communicate with your dean as soon as possible so that we can support you as you notify students.
