Department of General Services update 8/19/21

CLEANING AND TESTING: With completion of the Security Dispatch facility, cleaning and testing activities are complete.  

AIR FILTERS REPLACEMENT:  The ACCO HVAC Filter Replacement work that replaces the MERV 7 / 8 filters with MERV 13 filters is nearly complete. All dirty filters will be off site by Friday. 

Air testing by Forensic Analytical will commence. 

SIGNAGE: Copies of the first group of approved signs have been shared with the college presidents. Printing of these should be completed no later than Friday. 

SITE ENTRY PROCEDURES: Training of security personnel on Campus Shield and Company Nurse is scheduled Thursday 8/19.
