Bay PLS COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic- Registration and Information
Peralta Community College has been confirmed for a COVID-19 vaccination clinic, and has completed the setup of a preregistration link for the clinic! Bay PLS will be the vaccination partner servicing our site.

When accessing the link, you will be able to see multiple locations available. At the end of the registration, be sure to choose “Peralta Community College” as the location. You will then be able to choose an appointment slot on the correct date.
Remember to wear short sleeves or a loose-fitting long sleeve shirt
All individuals must wear a mask when arriving at the clinic

Minors age 5-11 receiving a vaccination must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult throughout the entire vaccination process
